Art’s Memories

Finding your path through life can sometimes be difficult, filled with detours and U-turns. But Art West found his path early in life through constant work and interaction with people developing into a good salesman and creative entrepreneur. As the son of “the best brick mason in Central Kentucky,” young Art began by delivering newspapers, working multiple jobs as he grew older, but still finding time for sports. His love of basketball and baseball, and later golf, all came into play as part of his development and business life.

Art’s Memories is the story of Art West’s life, how he grew into a salesman and entrepreneur in the golf world and sports marketing industry. Art and his wife Saundra married in college and have been a team for 60-plus years.
